Our Background
Biofuels Business Incubator(BBI) is a Non-Profit Company (NPC) established in 2006 by a consortium of organizations, which includes: Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), Agricultural Research Council (ARC), Limpopo Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (LDARD), National African Farmers Union (NAFU), Trade & Investment Limpopo (TIL), Centre for Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), University of Limpopo (UL) and the University of Venda (UNIVEN).
Incubatees are capacitated with technical and business skills to enhance the profitability of their enterprise
Biofuels Business Incubator aims to contribute towards:
• Poverty alleviation through the incubation of projects and SMMEs in the biofuels production value chain.
• Job creation within our rural farming communities.
• Developing SMME’s into sustainable businesses.
